The work of amending the teacher appointment rules of government primary schools is almost in the final stage. As per the revised rules, the new recruitment rules are likely to be published in the last week of August. The Ministry of Primary and Mass Education will issue the recruitment circular for the post of Assistant Teacher after the publication of the recruitment rules. According to the information of Primary and Mass Education Department, through this recruitment, about 17 thousand candidates will be appointed to the post of teachers in primary schools.
Meanwhile, according to the information of Primary and Mass Education Department, this time around 17 thousand assistant teachers will be appointed. However, the organization is not able to publish the notification as the work of amendment in the recruitment rules is not final. Many important changes have been made in the recruitment rules including cancellation of women quota and pet quota. The directorate said that the rules have already been prepared and sent to the Law Ministry for approval.
This time the Primary and Mass Education Department is also preparing to appoint about 17 thousand teachers to the post of assistant teachers. Of these, 2 thousand 583 will be appointed to the post of Assistant Teacher (Music) and 2 thousand 583 will be appointed to the post of Assistant Teacher (Physical Education).
Primary and Public Education Department Director General Abu Noor Mohammad Shamsuzzaman said the revised teacher recruitment rules have almost been finalized at the Law Ministry. Along with the cancellation of quota for women and pets, many changes are also coming. The recruitment circular for about 17,000 posts will be published the next day after the rules are finalized.
